HOW CAN I CANCEL MY DUMPSTER RENTAL?
You can cancel your dumpster rental by emailing or giving us call. We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 day of cancellation fee
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DUMPSTER RENTAL DATE AND TIME?
You can change your dumpster rental time by either calling or emailing us at any time prior to delivery. We ask for 24 hours notice this way we can still arrange for a timely drop off your convenience.
WHAT IF I DAMAGE MY DUMPSTER RENTAL?
At Top Tier Dumpster we understand there will be damage done to our containers. We only bill a customer if the damage is great enough that in interferes with the operation of the dumpster. We bill for the repair or replacement by our maintenance facility. Example: Damaged doors or hinges and Damaged rail guide or wheels.

WHERE CAN I PUT MY DUMPSTER?
Just about anywhere! Our dumpsters are designed to fit into small driveways or tight spaces for your convenience! If it fits we can place it there as long as the dumpster is not blocking any traffic.
CAN I DO SAME DAY SWAP OUTS?
Absolutely! Give us a call and as long as we have the availability we will do our best to get a swap out with a new dumpster as fast as possible. We understand time is money and no one likes waiting days for a new dumpster to be delivered! So if we can not provide a new one we will pick yours up and dump it as soon as possible and return it back to you!
